These projects are driven by the core values of integration, optimisation, and standardisation. /p ul liExperience of working in projects (1-3 years) with BIM working environment roles, within Revit Structures modelling and drafting as core responsibility. /li liStudies and education on Engineering (Structural / Civil), Architecture, Building Engineering or country-origin equivalent. /li liExcellent English communications skills, both written and spoken (Spanish is a point, but not a must) /li liCandidates must be fully entitled to work and legally eligible to work in Spain, and willing to relocate into Barcelona in case is not current base location. /li liGood understanding of steel and concrete structures design (your role won’t include calculations) expanding to detailing reinforcement.



/li liGood understanding and experience of working with Revit features (templates, filters, design options, phases, model quantities schedule, 3D rebar and rebar schedules) /li /ul h3About you: /h3 ul liA proactive, enthusiastic and problem-solving approach /li liSelf-motivated and able to take responsibility /li liVery good organisational skills /li liAble to manage sensitive and sometimes confidential information /li liResilience in coping with conflicting demands, able to prioritise duties and work effectively under pressure while always remaining calm and professional /li liGood interpersonal skills and able to work independently and as part of an effective team, being able to build good relationships at all levels, internally and externally /li /ul h3About the Role: /h3 ul liTo prepare and to develop structural drawings, BIM models, images and other documents relating to the design /li liMaintain project-specific library of families and develop new families as required along with other project-specific contents based on BW or Client standards. /li liCarry out model auditing to make sure all models comply with Bryden Wood / project requirements /li liDeep understanding of project BEP. Taking the responsibility to keep it up to date when performing Project BIM Lead specific project role.
