ph3About Us /h3 pBorn and based in Barcelona, Nacar is an award-winning Strategic Design Agency, impassioned by our agile and international team composed of over 90 creative professionals (design strategists, researchers, product and UX/UI designers, engineers, and overall creatives). /p pWe work with clients across multiple industries, collaborating in innovation and establishing solutions and product strategies that apply to Industrial, Digital, Brand and Service Design. /p pWe also contribute to their digitalization, by conceptualizing and prototyping new, human centered products and services around technological capabilities. /p pWith a hybrid-work model and adaptable working hours, we are powered by a culture of communication, collaboration, proactivity and positivity, always aiming to humanize technology experiences and to transform into the phygital future. /p pOur offices, an urban oasis, are located in the beautiful Palo Alto, an old factory in Poblenou, restored and converted into studios for designers and artists. /p pNacar was made to be a place where people can grow and impact the world, and we’re in continuous growth to always provide our best. /p pOur team is connected by common challenges, eager to discover, envision and materialize new opportunities. Is this something you feel identified with? /p h3UX/Product Designer – Healthcare CRM /h3 pWe’re currently looking for a UX/Product Designer to join our team and work on a Healthcare CRM environment with one of our top‑tier clients in the health sector — a role that balances product delivery, research depth and strong stakeholder alignment. /p pThis is not a purely visual or delivery‑oriented UX role. The project context requires a designer who can operate in ambiguity, work across product and technical constraints,

and create clarity through research, prioritisation and cross‑functional collaboration. The role implies working actively with the UX Lead, while having enough autonomy to make decisions independently and move work forward with confidence. /p h3Day to Day /h3 ul liPlan and conduct research activities to understand user needs, business constraints and workflow realities. /li liTranslate research findings into product opportunities, design recommendations and prioritised next steps. /li liFacilitate alignment with stakeholders — business, product, technical leads and support‑related profiles — ensuring key decisions are understood, documented and followed through. /li liCollaborate closely with product, engineering, business partners and the UX Lead to maintain momentum across multiple streams of work. /li liProduce clear UX deliverables with enough structure and rationale to support implementation and discussion. /li liContribute to improving team collaboration, communication and decision‑making practices where needed. /li liHelp establish clearer ways of working, decision paths and collaboration rituals within shifting team dynamics. /li liMove comfortably between discovery, definition and delivery — contributing through interface design, facilitation, synthesis and decision support for the wider team.

/li /ul h3What We’re Looking For /h3 ul liSenior UX or Product Designer with solid end‑to‑end product experience, particularly in software products with complex workflows or multiple dependencies. /li liStrong research capability — including stakeholder interviews, opportunity mapping, synthesis of pain points, and translation of findings into actionable design directions. /li liA clear track record in research‑led product definition, not only UI execution. /li liStrong stakeholder management skills — especially with business, product, technical leads and support‑related profiles who validate feasibility, risk and relevance. /li liComfort working within shifting team dynamics and unclear operating models, with sufficient maturity to make progress without waiting for fully defined processes. /li liStrong product thinking — prioritisation, trade‑off awareness and comfort with ambiguity in complex environments. /li liExcellent communication skills, with the ability to explain rationale clearly to different audiences, from day‑to‑day partners to more strategic stakeholders. /li liFluent in English (written and spoken). /li /ul h3Why You Should Join /h3 ul liPermanent contract. /li liCompetitive salary with an annual performance appraisal. /li liHybrid working model — either work from home or enjoy our studio with free coffee and a great garden. /li liDynamic community of 15+ nationalities and team‑building activities. /li liTraining program through Nacar Academy aligned with personalized career paths. /li li26 paid vacation days. /li liMonthly allowance for internet costs and a budget for working‑from‑home materials. /li liHealth insurance. /li liFlexible working hours. /li liFree tickets to the Palo Alto Market. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
