High English level is required. /p h3What we look for? /h3 pA passionate bMachine Learning Engineer /b with experience in bGenerative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), AI Agents, and MLOps/DevOps environments /b, eager to help design, build, and deploy enterprise-grade AI solutions. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liDevelop, deploy, and optimize Machine Learning and AI solutions for complex business challenges. /li liDesign and implement multi-agent systems and enable AI models with function/tool-calling capabilities. /li liBuild and maintain Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions using enterprise data. /li liEvaluate, integrate, and optimize AI models, including Large Language Models (LLMs). /li liDesign and improve agentic workflows and AI agents for production environments. /li liTest and optimize prompts and few-shot examples to ensure accurate, consistent, and safe AI outputs. /liliEvaluate model performance using appropriate metrics, benchmarks, and validation techniques. /li liCollaborate with Data Scientists, Data Engineers, Platform Teams, and other stakeholders. /li liParticipate in code reviews, testing, debugging, and quality assurance activities. /li liContribute to the full AI lifecycle, from design and development to deployment and monitoring. /li /ul h3Mandatory Requirements /h3 ul liBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field. /li liStrong programming skills in Python.
