Our state‑of‑the‑art EV charging infrastructure continues to grow and span across the globe, providing reliable and accessible charging solutions to Amazon’s transportation network. AMOC is seeking an experienced Electric Vehicle Charger Project Manager responsible for the remote coordination of maintenance activities across our general charging network. /p h3Key job responsibilities /h3 ul liDrive continuous improvement in EV charging operations and maintenance processes. /li liServe as the main point of escalation for complex technical issues, facilitate cross‑functional meetings, and make key decisions regarding EV charging infrastructure. /li liEstablish and maintain rigorous quality control standards for EV charger installation, maintenance SOPs, and technical documentation. /li liImplement tracking systems and KPIs to monitor EV charger uptime, utilization, maintenance costs, and overall performance metrics. /li liOversee global budgets for EV charger installation, maintenance, and repair activities, optimizing costs while ensuring high‑quality service. /li liCollaborate with procurement and stakeholders to establish and manage vendor contracts and SLAs for EV charging equipment and maintenance services. Maintain strong vendor relationships. /li liPartner with utility companies and local authorities for power infrastructure planning and compliance requirements. /li liCollaborate with Engineering teams to implement best practices for EV charger reliability, preventive maintenance, and asset optimization across the network.
/li /ul h3Basic Qualifications /h3 ul liBachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, or completed an indentured Electrical Apprenticeship or equivalent. /li liStrong technical knowledge of EV charging systems and infrastructure. /li liStrong problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities. /li liEffective communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. /li liFinancial acumen and budget management experience. /li liStrong project management skills. /li liAbility to work collaboratively in a dynamic and fast‑paced environment. /li /ul h3Preferred Qualifications /h3 ul liMaster’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. /li liProgram/Project management of EVC electrification. /li liExperience within the EV charging industry. /li liProficient in other spoken languages. /li /ul pAmazon is an equal opportunities employer.
