ppThe Finance Transformation program aims to converge the company into a unified global operating model based on common processes, organization, systems and governance. /p pAs a bCentral Finance Local Entity Coordinator /b, you will play a key role in supporting the implementation of the Central Finance solution and Global Data Model within a European legal entity. You will act as the link between the Central Finance project team and the local organization, ensuring successful deployment, local adoption and long‑term sustainability of the new model. /p pFollowing go‑live, you will become the local Central Finance expert, supporting operations, governance and continuous improvement activities. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 h3Project Phase /h3 ul liAct as the primary interface between the Central Finance project team and the local legal entity. /li liCoordinate local deployment activities, including data collection, process mapping, testing and cutover preparation. /li liSupport the collection, validation and migration of financial master data. /li liEnsure alignment between local processes and the General Core Model. /li liCoordinate local participation in workshops, training sessions and testing activities (SIT/UAT). /li liMonitor project progress and elevate risks, issues or dependencies when required. /li liCollaborate with Finance, IT, Shared Service Centers and external stakeholders. /li /ul h3Go‑Live Hypercare /h3 ul liSupport cutover activities and ensure operational readiness. /li liParticipate in hypercare activities and issue resolution. /li liPromote adoption of new processes, systems and governance standards. /li /ul h3Post Project /h3 ul liAct as the Central Finance reference point for the legal entity. /li liSupport governance and maintenance of financial master data. /li liParticipate in future system enhancements,



integrations and process improvements. /li liEnsure compliance with the Global Core Model and Finance standards. /li liCoordinate continuously with Central Finance governance teams and local stakeholders. /li /ul h3Required Qualifications /h3 ul liBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or a related field. /li li3–7 years of relevant professional experience in Finance, Financial Systems, ERP implementation, Project Management or Finance Transformation. /li liStrong understanding of financial accounting principles. /li liExperience working with financial systems and ERP solutions. /li liFamiliarity with financial master data structures, reporting hierarchies and finance processes. /li liExperience supporting projects, system implementations, testing activities or process improvements. /li liAdvanced Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint. /li liFluent English. Minimum C1 level, certification required. /li /ul h3Preferred Qualifications /h3 ul liExperience with SAP, particularly S/4HANA, FI/CO or Central Finance. /li liExposure to finance transformation or ERP deployment projects. /li liKnowledge of SOX, IFRS and internal control environments. /li liExperience in multinational organizations. /li liAdditional European languages are considered a plus. /li liBasic knowledge of Controlling processes.
