Partnering closely with cross‑functional teams and design experts, this role will help define and execute the global brand design strategy across product architecture, visual identity, packaging, and innovation pipelines. /ppThis individual will lead end‑to‑end design projects from concept through execution – translating consumer insights and business objectives into compelling design solutions. Responsibilities include developing and evolving the Alvalle brand identity, driving packaging and structural design, and ensuring consistency across all touchpoints.



/ph3Qualifications /h3ulliBachelor’s Degree in Design or equivalent experience plus minimum 4+ years’ experience as a multidisciplinary designer taking projects from concept through completion /liliShould have full‑time agency side and or client‑side experience /liliAdvanced experience with Adobe Creative Suite and Firefly software /liliMust be willing and able to travel 15% of the time /li /ulh3Preferred Qualifications /h3ulliStrong typography skills, conceptual design skills, and design strategy experience /lili360‑brand design experience (i.e., print, packaging, digital, environmental, experiential) /liliDemonstrated ability to generate high‑quality images, designs, animations, and motion graphics using AI‑powered tools and platforms, integrating them seamlessly into the creative workflow /liliExtraordinary design taste and expertise with an excellent sense of design trends /liliAbility to work in an agile, dynamic work environment with a start‑up mentality (comfortable with risk and uncertainty) /liliStrong stakeholder relationship management – effectively influence at all levels in the organization, as well as across regions and functions /liliEffectively communicates (verbally and written) with internal and external business partners /liliCollaborative and works well with others to deliver results; keep others informed to avoid unnecessary surprises /liliAbility to multitask.
