p h3Job Description /h3 pTurner Townsend are engaged to support our clients with many complex projects, responsible for all aspects of cost management and project delivery, and we are seeking Quantity Surveyors / Cost Managers to act as the day‑to‑day interface with our clients driving projects to achieve an excellent outcome. /p pWe are looking for Cost Manager / QS with either CSA and/or MEP Cost Management experience, who may have worked on major construction projects or in the Data Centers sectors. /p h3Key Elements /h3 ul liProvide estimate and cost planning to include producing and presenting the final cost plan. /li liAbility to estimate at conceptual, programming and detailed level. /li liAssist on feasibility studies and writing procurement reports. /li liPerform all aspects of procurement, including managing the pre‑qualification stage, produce bid list, bid analysis, produce bid report, and compile contractual documents. /li liParticipate effectively with post‑contract cost variances and the change control processes, where applicable refer major changes to line manager. /li liManage cost checks and carry out valuations on larger projects, and ensure timely and accurate cost checking, and valuation process. /li liProduce monthly post‑contract cost reports and present to client. /li liProvide input into value engineering; negotiate and approve final accounts. /li liMaintain liaison with client and other consultants at all project stages. /li liProvide leadership to cost management team when necessary, ensure the delivery on all accountabilities. /li liIdentify opportunities to develop new business with existing clients and report such opportunities to appropriate line manager, and utilize marketing database. /li liIdentify improvements for cost management procedures, templates, and products, and refer ideas to appropriate line manager. /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liMinimum of 5 years’ experience preparing cost estimates. /li liExperience in Data centre, Pharma,



Oil and Gas preferred. /li liFluent in Spanish and English. /li liGood technical experience in all cost management areas; pre‑contract, post‑contract and final account. /li liGood understanding of all mechanical, process, electrical, and plumbing systems, as they relate to construction of projects. /li liGood understanding of all civils, structural and architectural aspects as they relate to construction of projects. /li liExperience of leading cost management on medium or large sized construction projects of medium to high complexity. /li liExperience with advising clients on value management, value engineering, and life cycle costing. /li liDemonstrates excellent presentation, verbal, written, and communication skills. /li liGreat organizational skills; ability to multi‑task and be a team player. /li /ul h3Additional Information /h3 pOur inspired people share our vision and mission.
