In this role you will lead large data center projects in Spain, steering multidisciplinary teams to deliver on budget, quality, safety, and regulatory standards. You will own project scope, planning, and execution while nurturing client relationships and coordinating with suppliers and contractors. You’ll act as an Arcadis ambassador, applying our project management standards on site and across teams. This is a high-impact opportunity to shape critical data center infrastructure for a major client and to drive sustainable solutions.

• Deliver monodisciplinary subprojects within multidisciplinary programmes, tracking financials, deviations, and quality
• Define project scope, plans, technical information, and scheduling




• Foster cross-discipline collaboration across teams
• Lead project staff and facilitate complex decision-making during delivery
• Coordinate internally and externally, expanding networks and client relationships
• Advise on project issues and maintain fluent relationships with clients and stakeholders (suppliers, contractors)
• Represent Arcadis culture and adhere xqbhyrx to Arcadis Way Standard for project management

Responsabilidades
• Project management experience, especially in data centers
• Technical background: Bachelor in Architecture/Building Engineering/Engineering
• PMP certification valued
• Advanced Spanish and English language skills
• Willingness to travel within Spain and work on-site
