We aim for you to learn, experiment, and evolve within an environment where teamwork and support from more senior colleagues are key. /p h3What You Will Bring /h3 ul liProven experience providing L2 technical support in enterprise software environments. /li liStrong troubleshooting skills with complex software applications, including log analysis and root cause identification. /li liBasic knowledge of Angular and Java technology stacks for incident analysis. /li liExperience configuring applications and supporting integrations with Laboratory Information Systems (LIS).
