In this role, you will: /p h3Performance Testing Optimization /h3 ul liRegularly conduct performance, load, and stress tests on web applications to ensure compliance with defined SLAs. /li liIdentify performance bottlenecks across frontend, APIs, and infrastructure, and recommend improvements. /li /ul h3Collaboration Quality Assurance /h3 ul liWork closely with developers, testers, architects,



and business stakeholders to integrate performance testing into CI/CD pipelines. /li liDocument test strategies, scenarios, and results with clear reporting tailored to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. /li liContribute to building a performance-first culture by coaching teams and embedding testing early in the development lifecycle. /li liMonitor production environments using real-user monitoring (RUM) and synthetic testing solutions. /li liProactively identify risks and potential degradations in application performance. /li liSupport troubleshooting of performance-related incidents across multiple system layers. /li /ul h3YOUR PROFILE /h3 pTo be successful in this role, you should have: /p h3Education Experience /h3 ul liBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. /li li2–4 years of experience in performance testing, ideally in banking or financial services. /li /ul h3Performance Engineering Expertise /h3 ul liStrong knowledge of performance testing tools (e.g., JMeter, Gatling, LoadRunner, k6). /li liExperience with frontend monitoring frameworks and developer tools. /li liFamiliarity with CI/CD environments (Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps). /li /ul h3Solid understanding of frontend-oriented development, including /h3 ul liPerformance optimization techniques (lazy loading, caching, CDN, minification). /li liBackend/API dependencies and their impact on frontend performance.
