This role is essential in ensuring participation in clinical trials, contributing significantly to groundbreaking medical advancements. Through dedicated communication and strategic relationship building, this position is key in advancing Leapcure's mission of connecting patients with life‑changing medical research opportunities. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liActively grow our outreach network by adding new physicians, medical centers, and therapists to our contact list, ensuring a diverse and comprehensive range of medical professionals to reach out to. /li liIncrease the engagement level of physicians and healthcare providers, as evidenced by higher response rates, increased referrals, and more in-depth discussions about clinical trials. /li liEffectively communicate and build relationships with healthcare professionals to significantly increase patient referrals for clinical trials. /li liProvide insights and feedback on the physician outreach process, contributing to the development and implementation of more effective outreach strategies and tools. /li liMaintain structured communication with the Leapcure team, providing weekly updates on outreach progress, challenges,



and strategies. /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liDoctor of Medicine (MD) specialized in Hematology with strong understanding of medical terminology, clinical practices, and healthcare systems. Experience with Chronic Neutropenia is preferred. /li liExceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of clearly conveying complex medical information to a diverse range of medical professionals. /li liProven ability to establish and maintain professional relationships with physicians, medical centers, and therapists. /li liAbility to develop and implement effective outreach strategies that align with Leapcure’s goals. /li liExcellent organizational and time‑management skills, capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently. /li liCompetence in identifying challenges in the outreach process and brainstorming practical solutions. /li liAbility to work collaboratively with team members, sharing insights and participating in regular meetings. /li liCapacity to adapt to changing project needs and a dynamic clinical trial outreach environment. /li liStrong ethical grounding in handling sensitive information and maintaining confidentiality. /li liInterest in and understanding of clinical research. /li liFluency in English.
