/li liMonitor students' academic progress and ensure an exceptional learning experience. /li liManage academic planning, timetables, and curriculum implementation. /li liMaintain quality standards and ensure compliance with KidsUs pedagogical guidelines. /li /ul h3Business Development Commercial Responsibilities /h3 ul liSupport the achievement of enrolment, retention, and revenue targets. /li liConduct interviews with prospective families and present the KidsUs educational project. /li liConvert enquiries into student enrolments through consultative sales techniques. /li liBuild strong relationships with current and prospective families. /li liIdentify opportunities to increase student retention and customer satisfaction. /li liCollaborate in marketing campaigns, open days, workshops, and promotional events. /li liAnalyse enrolment data and propose strategies to improve business performance. /li /ul h3Customer Experience /h3 ul liAct as the main academic contact for families. /li liHandle concerns and resolve issues professionally and proactively. /li liEnsure a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the student journey. /li liFoster a welcoming and positive school environment. /li /ul h3Team Leadership /h3 ul liLead, motivate, and inspire the teaching team. /li liPromote collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement. /li liCoordinate communication between management, teachers, and administrative staff.
