Our goal is to enable people to make the most of our energy and resources through integrated management of buildings, industries, and cities. /p h3What will you do? /h3 ul liSupport monthly and quarterly financial performance analysis, identifying variances, risks, and opportunities. /li liParticipate in the accounting close process, ensuring accurate postings, accruals, and reconciliations. /li liAssist in the preparation of financial reporting for internal stakeholders and group reporting purposes. /li liCollaborate as a business partner, supporting decision‑making through financial analysis and models. /li liMonitor costs, analyze key drivers, and support forecasting and budgeting processes. /li liEnsure compliance with accounting standards, internal controls, and corporate policies. /li liContribute to the improvement of financial processes and promote efficiency and digitalization initiatives. /li liWork in an international environment, collaborating with different teams and functions. /li /ul h3What do you need to be successful? /h3 pWe are looking for a professional with a solid foundation in finance and strong analytical skills, who enjoys working in collaborative and fast‑paced environments. /p ul liSolid knowledge of finance and accounting (general accounting, controlling, and reporting). /li liStrong analytical mindset and problem‑solving skills. /li liExperience working with financial tools and reporting systems. /li liUnderstanding of cost analysis and cash flow.
