The team works internationally and provides services in English, Spanish, Russian, and Ukrainian. /ph3Role Description /h3pThe Boutique Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Marbella, overseeing the daily operations of the flagship showroom. This role includes managing the boutique floor, ensuring an exceptional customer experience, and maintaining high standards of presentation for premium home and furniture collections. The Boutique Manager leads and schedules the showroom team, coordinates sales activities, and supports clients through the selection and purchasing process.



Responsibilities also include monitoring inventory, coordinating with design and project teams, handling customer inquiries and feedback, and supporting sales reporting. The Boutique Manager contributes to boutique performance by implementing merchandising strategies and ensuring alignment with brand standards and service expectations. /ph3Qualifications /h3ulliStrong boutique and retail operations experience, including managing a premium showroom or similar environment. /liliExcellent customer service and communication skills, with the ability to engage diverse, international clients. /liliSolid product knowledge, ideally in high-end interiors, furniture, or design-related products, and willingness to learn technical details. /liliProven team management skills, including scheduling, performance guidance, and fostering a collaborative work culture. /liliAdditional qualifications such as experience in luxury retail, interior design or real estate, and familiarity with sales reporting tools. /liliFluency in English; Spanish or other languages (Russian, Ukrainian) are an advantage. /liliStrong organisational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work on-site in Marbella on a full-time basis. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
