/ph3What you'll be doing /h3ulliManaging accurate and compliant employment-related payments and deductions for assigned countries /liliProviding the highest level of service by advising employees on payroll-related questions, ensuring deadlines and SLAs /liliEnsuring accurate and timely data collection and validation /liliLiaising with key stakeholders, such as HR, payroll providers, and Finance /liliForecasting salaries and bank transfers /liliOverseeing proper statutory and internal reporting /liliParticipating in payroll audits /liliStreamlining and documenting internal processes and policies /liliEnhancing and establishing efficient controls to reduce risk of failing /liliSpearheading compensation and benefits initiatives in close collaboration with the HR Advisory team /li /ulh3What you'll need /h3ulli3+ years of experience as a Payroll Administrator, Payroll Specialist, or Payroll Analyst managing end-to-end cycles /liliIn-depth knowledge of local income tax, social security, pension, statutory leaves, and other payroll elements /liliHands-on experience with payroll and HR software /liliExperience managing payroll integrations and complex systems /liliExperience in vendor management and working with external partners /li /ulpBuilding a general financial super app isn’t enough.
