As HRBP you willtake part in all the people initiativesat internationallevel interactingwith diverse teams across the integral business and HR function. /p h3Key Accountabilities /h3 ul liSupport business leaders on strategic HR matters, including organizational design, talent management, career development, etc. /li liEnsure and coordinate the full recruitment process with the management and the onboarding process for the new hires. /li liManage and resolve employee relations issues. /li liDevelop and deliver a HR strategy to meet the business needs /li liPlan, implement and facilitate HR initiatives such as workforce design planning, performance review, employee engagement initiatives, talent review, Learning and development, succession planning, compensation planning and review. /li liHandle the entire employee life cycle (onboarding, career progression and transitions); /li liDrive employee communications across geographies /li liManage the local payroll process and be the point of contact for all HR administration, and payroll topics. /li liAnalyse trends and metrics to develop solutions and/or retention strategies.
