We’re aiming to become the most customer-centric company on Earth. /p pAs a Logistics Scheduler you will have the opportunity to create world-class customer experiences leveraging your innovation, team player and problem solving skills. /p h3Key job responsibilities /h3 ul liExecute daily same day or next day forecasts. /li liPlan delivery routes or monitor the volume flow, affecting tens of thousands of packages at EU level. /li liAccountable for planning accuracy, cost and customer experience. Instrumental in developing best practices and standard work for the network. /li liEnsure targets and service deadlines are met, according to regulatory requirements. /li liCommunicate with various departments, facilitating the flow of information between different stakeholders and resolving any potential issues that impact business continuity. /li liConduct research into process improvement initiatives and taking real-time decisions by taking a step back at strategic intervals to take in the bigger picture.



/li liMaintain and report up to date and accurate statistics, management reports and analysis. /li /ul h3About the team /h3 pThis position is office-based. This role is a Fixed Term Contract for 6 months. The team covers 24/7 shifts that include fixed weekend days and nights. /p h3Qualifications /h3 ul liKnowledge of advanced English at CEFR level B2/C1 /li liExperience working with the MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) in a professional environment /li liRelevant experience in analytical tasks or projects, working with data /li liExperience communicating and presenting to senior leadership /li liPrevious experience within transportation or logistics /li liWorking experience on programming and coding languages (SQL or Python) /li /ul pAmazon is an equal opportunities employer.
