This role is ideal for someone bwith a first process improvement experience /b who is ready to take ownership of broader process transformation. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 h3Process Improvement /h3 ul liLead process re-engineering initiatives that impact multiple operational areas. /li liIdentify and implement best practices that drive efficiency, scalability, and service quality across functions. /li liCollaborate with stakeholders from various departments to design integrated solutions to complex business challenges. /li /ul h3Business Process Automation (BPA) / IT enhancements /h3 ul liIdentify automation opportunities and IT enhancements. /li liDefine and document requirements for development teams. /li liTest and validate new tools, ensuring they meet business needs and are ready for deployment. /li liSupport training and adoption across impacted teams. /li /ul h3Governance Documentation /h3 ul liMaintain high-quality documentation for cross-functional processes and tools. /li liEnsure work instructions are clear, complete, and accessible. /li /ul h3Stakeholder Engagement /h3 ul liAct as the key liaison between operational teams and technical stakeholders (IT, BPA, Celonis, external providers).
