This position plays a critical role in ensuring compliance, supporting managers through complex employee matters, and fostering a positive employee experience. /ppThe successful candidate will serve as a trusted advisor on labour relations topics, working closely with business leaders, employees, Legal, and employee representatives to navigate workplace challenges while ensuring compliance with Spanish employment legislation. /ppThis role offers the opportunity to combine deep labour law expertise with broader HR initiatives in a dynamic, international, and fast-paced technology environment. /ph3Key Responsibilities /h3h3Labour Relations Employee Relations /h3ulliServe as the primary HR contact for employee relations matters across Spain. /liliAdvise managers and employees on employment legislation, company policies, and HR best practices. /liliManage and support disciplinary processes, grievances, workplace investigations, performance-related matters, and conflict resolution. /liliEnsure a fair, consistent, and compliant approach to employee relations across the organization. /liliSupport employee experience initiatives while balancing business requirements and legal obligations. /li /ulh3Employment Law Compliance /h3ulliProvide expert guidance on Spanish labour legislation and regulatory requirements.



/liliMonitor legislative developments and assess impacts on business operations and HR policies. /liliPartner with internal stakeholders and external legal counsel on employment law matters. /liliEnsure compliance with local employment regulations, collective agreements, and internal governance frameworks. /liliSupport audits, compliance reviews, and risk mitigation initiatives related to employment matters. /li /ulh3Works Councils Employee Representative Relations /h3ulliDevelop and maintain effective working relationships with Works Councils and employee representatives. /liliPrepare and participate in information, consultation, and negotiation processes. /liliSupport organizational changes, policy updates, and workplace initiatives requiring employee representative engagement. /liliPrepare relevant documentation and communications for labour relations activities. /li /ulh3HR Operations Documentation /h3ulliDraft, review, and update HR policies, employment documentation, agreements, and internal guidelines. /liliSupport employee lifecycle processes from onboarding through offboarding. /liliEnsure HR documentation and processes remain compliant and aligned with business needs. /li /ulh3HR Projects Continuous Improvement /h3ulliParticipate in HR transformation and process improvement initiatives. /liliSupport projects related to organizational effectiveness, employee engagement, wellbeing, and workplace culture. /liliCollaborate with general HR teams to implement best practices and align local processes with broader organizational objectives. /liliIdentify opportunities to improve efficiency, employee experience, and HR service delivery. /li /ulh3What We're Looking For /h3h3Experience /h3ulliHR experience with significant exposure to blabour relations and employee relations in Spain /b.
