In this role you will guide the long-term evolution of GSN Casino, shaping its roadmap and future player experiences. You will collaborate with senior leaders to set strategy and translate it into multi-quarter initiatives that drive engagement, retention, and monetization. You lead a multidisciplinary team of designers and UX professionals, pushing new systems and features that expand the game's long-term appeal. This is a high-impact role in a scalable live-service franchise with a integral player base.

Responsabilidades
• 10+ years in Product Management, Game Design, or related leadership in mobile F2P
• Proven track record defining and delivering roadmaps for live-service games
• Experience leading multidisciplinary xqbhyrx teams including Game Design and UX/UI
• Strong strategic thinking and ability to translate vision into actionable plans
• Deep understanding of player motivation, progression, engagement, and behavioral design
• Solid grasp of free-to-play business models and long-term lifecycle management
• Ability to balance player experience with business goals, technical constraints, and priorities
• Excellent communication, alignment, and stakeholder management
• Strong analytical mindset using qualitative and quantitative inputs
