Your main focus will be on identifying and engaging IT talent across different regions, conducting market research, and building strong candidate pipelines. /p pDaily Scope of Work: /p ul liActively search for qualified candidates according to vacancy requirements using multiple channels: LinkedIn, professional communities, forums, internal database, job boards, and social networks. /li liConduct CV screening, manage candidate profiles in SmartRecruiters, and keep all information up to date. /li liInitiate contact with potential candidates (including "cold" outreach) and build initial engagement. /li liConduct market analysis, research, and prepare reports and presentations to support hiring decisions. /li liMaintain, structure, and expand internal recruitment databases and related reports. /li liCollaborate closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and other departments to ensure smooth hiring processes. /li liPerform other duties as may be required consistent with the purpose of this role. /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul li1+ years of experience in a recruitment agency, IT company in a junior/assistant/researcher role. /li liBachelor’s degree or higher (flexible schedule available for students). /li liUpper-Intermediate level of English or higher, both written and spoken. /li liStrong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills. /li liFlexibility, resilience, and ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. /li liAnalytical mindset with the ability to process, interpret, and present data.
