ppbBased in Madrid in Spain and will be 5 days per week office based /b /p pbSecurity Clearance /b: Spanish Citizen or dual national, but must speak fluent Spanish /p pWe are looking for a Quality Assurance Specialist to support the delivery of complex defence programmes, ensuring full compliance with customer, regulatory and internal requirements throughout the system life cycle. The role contributes directly to programme execution, customer confidence and the continued reliability of MBDA products and services. /p h3The Opportunity /h3 pReporting within the Quality function, you will be responsible for programme quality management, working closely with engineering, programme and industrial teams to ensure quality is fully embedded across activities. /p pYour responsibilities will include: /p ul liManaging quality aspects of defence programmes across the full system life cycle /li liDeveloping, implementing and maintaining Quality Assurance processes and procedures aligned with contractual, regulatory and internal requirements /li liCertifying conformity of final deliveries (products and services), including management of related delegations /li liSupporting Programme Managers by integrating quality into programme governance and execution /li liConducting inspection and validation activities in accordance with Control Plans /li liManaging customer and supplier quality requirements, including the development and application of Project Quality Plans /li liReviewing acquired materials and supplies to ensure compliance with defined quality standards /li liLeading continuous improvement initiatives,



including activities to reduce Cost of Quality through inspection optimisation and sampling strategies /li liValidating product and programme quality gates from a Quality Product Assurance perspective /li liEnsuring compliance with national regulations, industry standards and internal specifications /li liContributing to safety, health, environmental and sustainability objectives across processes and products /li /ul h3What We’re Looking For /h3 ul liMaster’s Degree in Aerospace, Industrial or Telecommunications Engineering, or equivalent technical specialisation /li liMinimum 3 years’ experience in a Quality role within the Defence sector /li liStrong knowledge of AQAP / PECAL standards /li liExperience working with ISO 9001 and EN 9100 quality management systems /li liGood understanding of engineering and programme activities, including performance tracking /li liExperience engaging with stakeholders at multiple organisational levels /li liStrong communication and coordination skills /li /ul pWillingness to travel internationally as required (C1 level). /p h3Skills Behaviours /h3 ul liStructured and analytical approach to problem-solving /li liAbility to work effectively within multidisciplinary and international teams /li liStrong sense of responsibility and attention to detail /li liCollaborative, professional and delivery-focused mindset /li /ul pWe recognise that everyone is unique, and we encourage you to speak to us should you require any advice, support or adjustments throughout our recruitment process. /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
