In this AI Engineer role, you design and deploy autonomous AI agents to optimize Sanofi’s global supply chain. You’ll build agentic AI systems that automate workflows, enable real-time decision-making, and drive sustainable operational excellence at scale. You will work with cross-functional partners to integrate advanced AI capabilities into core supply chain processes, shaping how medicines and vaccines are produced and delivered. This is a hands-on, high-impact role at the frontier of AI in pharma.

Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Design and develop agentic AI systems to automate and optimize end-to-end supply chain workflows (demand forecasting, inventory, logistics, procurement)
• Build multi-agent architectures using LangChain, LangGraph, or equivalent




• Develop AI-powered decision-making for autonomous/semi-autonomous operations across supply chain processes
• Integrate LLMs and generative AI into operational workflows to enhance intelligence and automation
• Design and implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures and vector databases for knowledge-grounded agents

Responsabilidades
• 3–5 years of hands-on AI/ML or software engineering experience xqbhyrx with data engineering exposure
• Proven experience building and deploying AI agents or multi-agent systems in a professional environment
