and specific departments’ growth. /li liWork with people and projects across different markets, focusing on developing new experiences across up to 40 countries. /li /ul h3Who You Are /h3 ul liBachelor’s degree in Engineering (civil, industrial, telecommunications, aeronautics) or background in Maths, Statistics, Data Analytics, or Strategy. /li li3–5 years of experience in a business analytics role. /li liHigh level of English required; Spanish a plus. /li liExperience in strategy consulting, investment banking, or strategy/analytics roles at top tech firms is a significant advantage. /li liData‑driven person who brings numbers to strategic and business decisions. /li liGenerate high business impact based on your decisions. /li liExcellent interpersonal skills with the proven ability to manage and influence multiple stakeholders while working across teams, disciplines, and business cases. /li liUnderstanding of coding languages preferred (SQL, R, Python, etc.). /li liProactive problem‑solver and opportunity‑seeker. /li /ul h3Why You’ll Love It Here /h3 ul liAttractive compensation package, including stock options.
