Collaboration with key stakeholders such as Product Tech, Data, Compliance, Legal, Finance, Operations, and Marketing. /liliDrive and support strategic payments projects end‑to‑end. /liliManage and develop external relationships with our key vendors. /liliManage and optimize data related to Payments. This includes constantly reviewing data to gain a deeper understanding of the products / projects under your supervision, ensure their performance is in line with SLA’s and constantly identify new opportunities. /liliActively shape the Payments OKRs and strategic roadmap development. /liliFully leverage and further develop critical business skills including quantitative and qualitative analysis, project management, communications,



stakeholder management and leadership in a high‑functioning team environment. /liliConduct analyses to optimize PL and volumes related to Payments. /li /ulh3What you need to be successful: /h3pbBackground: /b /pulliMinimum of 3 years in fintech, banking, consulting, or startup environments with a focus on payments /liliBachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Management, Mathematics, or related field from a top‑tier institution /liliProven experience in making data‑driven recommendations and working on cross‑functional projects /liliStrong problem‑solving ability to structure and define analyses to draw innovative conclusions /liliExperience in project and vendor management /li /ulpbSkills: /b /pulliProficiency in SQL, with the ability to independently source data and derive insights. /liliEffective visualization and storytelling skills for presenting insights. /liliInterest and curiosity for the banking/fintech industry. /liliA passion for the Payments industry. /liliExcellent communication skills both with internal and external stakeholders. /liliStrong project management, preferably with experience in implementing large projects with several stakeholders. /liliFluent in English. /liliAbility to utilise AI tools effectively.
