ppAn international company, part of a growing integral business group, is looking for a Sr Talent HR Specialist. /ppThe Senior Talent HR Specialist will support key business lines, with a primary focus on Data Center and Energy activities. /ppThe role will be part of the central HR team, reporting to the HR Director. /ppThe position will focus on managing a high volume of senior and specialized hiring needs in competitive and technical markets across Europe and the US, while also supporting key HR topics such as compensation, performance management and organizational matters. /ppThe role may also support the other business areas as needed. /ph3Responsibilities /h3h31. Senior Talent Acquisition Headhunting /h3ulliLead end-to-end recruitment processes for senior and critical roles, mainly within the Digital Energy sectors, across Europe and the US. /liliIdentify, approach and engage high-quality candidates through direct sourcing and headhunting strategies. /liliBuild and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future business needs. /liliDevelop deep knowledge of relevant talent markets, including key competitors and target companies. /liliIdentify where and how to find specialized profiles across different geographies. /liliProvide insights on talent availability, hiring trends and competitive dynamics. /li /ulh33. Candidate Assessment /h3ulliConduct interviews and assess senior candidates, evaluating both technical expertise and leadership capabilities. /liliEnsure strong alignment between candidate profiles, business needs and long-term potential. /li /ulh34.



Compensation Rewards Structuring /h3ulliSupport the development and structuring of competitive compensation packages for senior profiles. /liliContribute to the definition and documentation of compensation, including: fixed and variable compensation, STIP and LTIP. /liliEnsure alignment with market practices and internal guidelines. /li /ulh35.
