In this role, you own the execution of the Operations Technology vision across global business units. You shape the technology landscape and product roadmaps, leading strategic systems initiatives to meet client and associate needs. You drive adoption through clear communication and continuous feedback loops, aligning stakeholders and delivering high-impact enhancements. You will lead cross‑functional teams to scale solutions and ensure compliant, reliable product delivery that supports the company’s integral operations.

• Define and execute the product vision, strategy and roadmap across ESI’s global business units (EMEA, LATAM, APAC)
• Oversee a portfolio of strategic support systems products and ensure high stability and performance with rapid remediation of outages
• Translate business and client needs into prioritized product developments and roadmaps while ensuring regulatory and internal compliance
• Manage stakeholder relationships with BU leaders and SMEs to secure buy-in and clear communications
• Collaborate with development teams and infrastructure leads across locations (e.g., India, Bucharest) and with partners like GETS, Ru0026D and UX




• Coordinate integrations with BPMS, RPA, Oracle billing, Salesforce and CLMS; drive UX and adoption improvements
• Capture client/associate feedback to drive continuous product improvement and value delivery
• Deliver insightful product communications and performance metrics to enable informed decision-making and adoption
• Support change readiness with timely communications and training to business units
• Own end-to-end product development lifecycle, governance, SLAs, release planning and communications
• Standardise product features across ESI to enable scalability and efficiency

Responsabilidades
• Degree level education in computer xqbhyrx science or related field; minimum 10+ years in commercial product/service development u0026 management in large multinationals
• Proven track record delivering product roadmaps and innovative solutions; strong DevOps experience
• Experience working in complex matrix and international environments; offshore team management
• Strong organisational, prioritisation, problem solving, and project management skills
• Agile certification (Scrum Master or similar) advantageous
• Experience with B2B HR/Payroll systems desirable
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally
