edge cases and responsive behaviour — and participate in QA to ensure implementation matches design intent /li liProactively identify gaps and inconsistencies in the design system and propose well-considered resolutions /li liSelf-review all work rigorously against brief requirements before submission, and iterate with pace and a positive attitude /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul liProven experience delivering production-ready UI reliably, to brief and on time /li liDeep proficiency in Figma, including design systems, components, variants, auto-layout, prototyping and developer handoff /li liStrong working knowledge of atomic design methodology /li liExperience designing and launching app and web-based financial products /li liExperience working with remote development teams and producing spec-quality handoffs /li liA track record of embedding customer feedback, analytics (HotJar, Amplitude) and competitor insight into design thinking /li liExperience validating and refining through A/B testing and prototyping /li liA genuine love of designing simplicity — no matter how complex or regulated the product /li /ul h3Preferred Requirements /h3 ul liExperience designing trading platforms or other tightly regulated financial products /li liWorking knowledge of HTML/CSS sufficient to communicate accurately with developers /li liExperience with Storybook or similar component documentation tools /li liExposure to AI-assisted design tooling, such as Figma Make or Claude /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
