ppAt bCORUS /b, we are looking for abProject Scheduler /b to join our team on a strategic international regulatory transformation project. /p h3Location: /h3 pBarcelona or Madrid (1–2 days per week at the office). /p pThe Programme Scheduler develops and manages the integrated master schedule across a complex, multi-vendor, multi-region transformation programme. /p h3Key Responsibilities: /h3 ul liDevelop, maintain, update integrated programme schedules (Microsoft Project). /li liConsolidate plans from multiple suppliers, regions and internal teams into a single master plan, resolving overlaps and gaps. /li liIdentify, map and manage interdependencies across projects, vendors and regions. /li liPerform critical path analysis across the consolidated plan. /li liMonitor plans against baseline and flag variance, slippage and risk to schedule. /li liBuild and manage work breakdown structures (WBS). /li liDefine project tasks, milestones and dependencies. /li liPrepare and distribute schedule reports for programme governance. /li liOperate as a central coordination point across suppliers, the Programme Director, PMO and business units. /li /ul h3You should have: /h3 ul li5+ years in programme/project scheduling on large, complex programmes. /li liMicrosoft Project, advanced level; demonstrably strong, technically excellent.
