We are looking for an experienced technical leader who is seeking a challenge and wants to make a major impact. /p pIn this role, you will serve as the primary customer interface and coordinate the efforts of our US‑based engineering teams to achieve successful project outcomes in Europe. You will lead a team responsible for individual elements of the project, ensuring strong coordination across teams and seamless overall project execution. /p pThis role is based in Europe. /p h3Primary Responsibilities /h3 ul liManage projects from customer purchase order through completion, overseeing all phases including design, construction, and deployment /li liDrive projects to meet the full range of customer contractual requirements /li liWork effectively across the organization, collaborating with cross‑functional teams, vendors, and internal stakeholders to resolve issues and maintain project momentum /li liOwn the project Management of Change (MoC) and Request for Information (RFI) processes /li liManage detailed project schedules and coordinate key milestones related to engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning /li liTrack project budgets and analyze risks to inform decision‑making and trade‑offs /li liCommunicate project updates, risks, and opportunities to leadership and stakeholders /li liAnalyze and evaluate complex project challenges,



developing creative solutions that minimize impacts to project timelines and costs /li liConduct regular fabricator visits during the fabrication phase and site visits during construction and commissioning to assess progress and work with responsible teams to resolve issues /li liOnboard and manage external resources to support project management objectives /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liBachelor’s degree in Engineering or another technical field /li li8+ years of experience as a Project Manager /li liExperience leading plant projects in petrochemical refining, renewable energy assets, gas processing, or power systems through the full project lifecycle /li liExperience serving as the primary customer point of contact for major equipment or plant projects /li liUnderstanding of EU project execution requirements and best practices /li liFluent in English /li liSpanish fluency preferred /li liExperience executing projects in Spain preferred /li liAbility to travel up to 50% of the time during key project phases /li /ul pActual base salary offered to the hired applicant will be determined based on their work location, level, qualifications, job‑related skills, as well as relevant education or training and experience. /p pBase salary is just one part of Electric Hydrogen’s total rewards package.
