In this role you will lead a team of Production Planners to ensure excellence in execution of related Production Planning activities, and being responsible for the team operational activities, performance and team members development management. /p h3What You Will Do /h3 ul liApply Production Planning standard best practices defined by PLEx team. /li liLead and develop the team of Production Planners to safeguard products availability in the right location, on-time and quantity to optimize Essity Service to Customers, Working Capital and Cost. /li liFacilitate connection between the Hub SP teams and the internal and external stakeholders. /li liHold regular team and individual review meetings. /li liProactively identify main gaps and potential barriers, recommend solutions based on data and assist resolution and escalation. /li liDefine, implement and monitor relevant KPIs and RCA processes. /li liUpdate relevant stakeholders on the planning activities as needed. /li liKey contributor for the SP Transformation roadmap and for embracing new Digital systems solutions of Supply Planning.



/li liContribute with the Team Leaders network and PLEx to look for continuous improvement activities and implement them in the team. /li /ul h3Who You Are /h3 ul liBachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Management, or in a related technical field. /li li4+ years of experience in production planning, materials management, forecasting and inventory management. /li liExperience in people mgmt. and/or proven capability to manage others. /li liExcellent problem-solving and analytical skills. /li liExcellent communication, influencing and stakeholder management skills. /li liExpert in MS office tools.
