Plug and Play's proven investment track record includes Honey, Dropbox, Lending Club, Kustomer, Einride, and many more. /p h3WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR: /h3 pWe are looking for someone to support the execution of innovation paths and the entire partnership lifecycle, from startup sourcing to facilitating strategic collaboration with corporate partners, as well as contributing to the execution of acceleration programs. This role provides exposure to the full innovation lifecycle and supports project coordination while developing research and analytical skills. /p h3HOW YOU WILL MAKE A DIFFERENCE: /h3 h3Startup Sourcing Market Analysis /h3 ul liResearch and analyze emerging technologies and market trends /li liProactively identify, qualify, and track promising early-stage startups and founding teams in the EMEA region. /li liAssist the senior team in the evaluation of potential investment and partnership opportunities from various sources.



/li /ul h3Program Management /h3 ul liManage ventures-related activities across multiple accelerator programs. /li liSupport local teams across different regions in executing venture activities within accelerator programs. /li /ul h3Ecosystem Relationship Management /h3 ul liBuild and maintain strong, positive relationships with the entire innovation ecosystem, including startups, scale-ups, corporate partners, and relevant stakeholders (government, universities, clusters). /li liExpand the organizational network and research capabilities, ensuring a robust community around the innovation vertical. /li /ul h3Operational Administrative Support /h3 ul liProvide essential operational and administrative support, including scheduling and facilitating meetings with all leads and partners, helping in the organization and execution of events, managing data in tracking systems (CRM), assisting vertical leads, and performing additional administrative tasks as needed for the execution. /li /ul h3REQUIRED EXPERIENCE: /h3 ul liStudent or recent graduate in a relevant field (Engineering, Economics, Business, or a related discipline) /li liAn advanced level of English is essential.
