We are a forward-thinking team, always designing new and innovative systems in Master Data Management. /p pThe Solution Architect is responsible for designing, governing, and evolving Customer Master Data Management (CMDM) solutions that support Boehringer Ingelheim's global customer data ecosystem. The role provides end-to-end architecture leadership across Veeva Network, customer data integrations, downstream data consumers, and master data services while ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture standards and business objectives. The Solution Architect serves as the bridge between business requirements, product strategy, and technical implementation, ensuring scalable, compliant, and sustainable solutions that support general operations and future growth. /p h3Tasks and responsibilities /h3 ul liLead the architecture and design of Customer Master Data Management (CMDM) solutions, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture standards and strategic business objectives. /li liDefine and govern solution architectures, integration patterns, APIs, data flows, and technology designs across Veeva Network and related customer data platforms. /li liPartner with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Capability Leads, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable, sustainable solutions. /li liProvide architecture leadership across the full delivery lifecycle, including planning, development, testing, deployment, and operational support. /li liLead architecture reviews, maintain architecture documentation, and ensure adherence to security, compliance, data privacy, and quality standards. /li liDrive architectural consistency across customer master data platforms, integrations, and downstream applications.
