And you can maximise your work‑life balance and flexibility through our Hybrid Work Model. /ph3Key Accountabilities /h3ulliCo‑ordinate activities concerning the procurement of new and replacement products for specific customer requirements as agreed with the Category, Procurement, Product Development and Quality Managers. /liliEnsure Quality Certificates are obtained for all Inbound Solutions and Automotive products as per BRC/FDA requirements. /liliEnsure REACH declarations are available for all products/suppliers in portfolio (plastics). /liliEnsure all necessary CoC and related certificates are available for timber related products/suppliers. /liliProvide support to the Customer Solutions and Operations teams in ensuring that the correct consumables are ordered for the specified products. /liliEngage with preferred suppliers to ensure key product specifications are met and product lead times are achievable. /liliManage the supplier and product database to ensure Procurement Policy is fully implemented. /liliFacilitate the workflow for Procure to Pay activity. /liliEnsure purchase orders are raised within SLA for the replacement of specific raw materials,



bespoke work in progress parts, and other consumables and overhead items in line with requisitioning parameters. /liliExpedite purchase orders when necessary to ensure timely deliveries and to make relevant personnel aware of problems at the earliest opportunity. /liliCo‑ordinate with suppliers, shipping agents and EU customs to ensure imported goods incur no penalties. /liliEnsure process for storage of shipping documents is followed in line with audit regulations. /liliCo‑ordinate goods receipt notifications directly with receiving location. /liliEnsure process for minimising late deliveries is followed, and implement remedial actions when late deliveries occur. /liliManage the query resolution process relating to supplier deliveries to enable invoice anomalies to be reconciled. /liliEnsure supplier rejection information is recorded and reported in line with procedures for root cause and corrective actions. /liliPrepare monthly spend reports and any ad hoc requirements for statistical analysis as required. /liliManage all processes around regrind activities in co‑ordination with Procurement Manager and internal stakeholders. /liliRequest vendor creation and modifications for the respective business units and product categories. /liliManage SPRM and contract management processes in co‑ordination with Procurement Manager. /li /ulh3Qualifications /h3ulliGCSE (or equivalent) Maths English Grades A–C. /liliA‑Levels (or equivalent). /liliSupply chain qualifications would be a plus.



/li /ulh3Experience /h3ulli1–3 years’ experience in a procurement role within the FMCG market although graduates with no experience would be considered. /liliSome experience in an international company that imports from outside of the EU to multiple EU member countries. /liliSupplier management experience. /liliPrevious procurement experience of consumables. /liliSome ERP system experience. /liliExperience expediting parts and materials. /li /ulh3Skills and Knowledge /h3ulliAttention to detail. /liliComputer literate. /liliStrong organisational skills. /liliExcellent customer service skills. /liliAbility to work logically and systematically. /liliCapability to handle a highly pressurised role depending on customer requests. /li /ulh3Languages /h3pEnglish is required.
