This role will focus on building internal tools, integrations, workflows, and business solutions for teams across the company, such as HR, Marketing, Finance, Sales, and Operations. /ppThe ideal candidate is a pragmatic, end-to-end engineer who is comfortable working with greenfield ideas, understands how to translate business problems into simple technical solutions, and can decide when to build, integrate, automate, or leverage existing tools. /ppThis is not a traditional product engineering role focused on external customers. It is a high-impact internal role focused on improving company efficiency through well-scoped, maintainable solutions. /ppWhat you will do /pulliBuild internal tools, workflows, and lightweight applications for engineering and non-engineering teams. /liliDesign and implement integrations between internal systems and third-party platforms. /liliWork directly with stakeholders to understand processes, pain points, and business needs. /liliTranslate ideas and suggestions into clear technical plans and pragmatic solutions. /liliEvaluate build-vs-buy tradeoffs and recommend the simplest viable approach. /liliImprove or automate manual processes involving spreadsheets, approvals, documents, CMSs, email flows, and internal operations.
