Our ERP services covering strategy, implementation and innovation help clients deliver true value and achieve their transformation agenda. /p h3The Role /h3 ul liLead complex SAP business transformation programs from inception to completion /li liEnsure successful delivery of programs within budget, on time, and to quality standards /li liManage and motivate geographically distributed teams, including multi‑vendor and complex client organizations /li liDevelop and implement well‑structured program delivery frameworks /li liCollaborate with IT, business, and change management teams to ensure program success /li liMaintain strong working relationships with stakeholders at all levels /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul liExperienced in leading challenging business transformation programs with proven program level delivery track record across full lifecycle SAP programs /li liProven ability to deliver under challenging circumstances delivering to time, cost and quality and within budget /li liAbility to lead teams in complex environments that include multi‑vendors,



complex client organization structures and geographically distributed teams /li liExperience of working with general teams and a track record of leading teams of consultant based locally and remotely /li liIn depth knowledge of how to set up programs for success including IT, Business and Change components /li liAbility to define well‑structured program delivery frameworks and apply these practically. /li liOutstanding communication skills (verbal and written) and presentation skills, with the ability to influence C‑Level stakeholders within client organizations.
