/li /ul pbStrategic Support Operational Excellence /b /p ul liAct as the Tier 3 escalation point for complex technical issues involving integrations, Apex/Flow conflicts, or data discrepancies. /li liDefine KPIs for system health and user adoption, using data to drive continuous improvement of the tech stack. /li liPartner with Security and Legal to ensure GDPR/SOC2 compliance and robust data permissioning. /li /ul pbCross‑Functional Leadership /b /p ul liConsult with Sales, Marketing, and CS leadership to translate business goals into technical requirements. /li liMentor junior team members on best practices in declarative development and systems thinking. /li liLead vendor evaluations and renewals, ensuring the tech stack remains lean and high‑ROI. /li /ul h3What We’re Looking For /h3 ul libProven Experience: /b 6+ years in Salesforce/Revenue Systems, specifically within a high‑growth B2B SaaS environment. /li libExpert Technical Depth: /b Advanced proficiency in Salesforce (certified Admin/App Builder/Platform Dev I preferred) with a deep understanding of Flow, complex sharing models, and the “Order of Execution.” /li libArchitectural Mindset: /b Experience designing systems that integrate via APIs, middleware or native connectors. /li libStrategic Autonomy: /b A track record of taking a vague business problem and turning it into a fully deployed technical solution with minimal oversight.
