Provide privacy support in negotiations with third parties. /liliSupport EU Privacy Consultants regarding local regulatory requirements. /liliResearch and document complex processing operations, ensuring appropriate lawful basis of processing and data transfer documentation. /liliMonitor changes in the evolving local regulatory regimes and share them with the Privacy Office team and local business leaders. /liliDemonstrate an understanding of and commitment to the principles of Privacy by Design. /liliConduct, support and evaluate Privacy Impact Assessment (PIA) activities, especially in the areas of developing new products/services; updating existing products/services, selecting third-party service providers and implementing new internal processes.
/liliProvide support regarding the resolution of complex Data Subject Rights requests. /liliSupport the efficient operation and continuous improvement of the corporate breach reporting, data retention, data subject rights reporting, record of processing and PIA processes. /liliAssist in the communication of the corporate privacy program to the business.
