In this role you drive Data u0026amp; AI transformation for Allianz Services, shaping value through data-driven offerings and GenAI initiatives. You lead cross-functional engagements from discovery to delivery, influence executive stakeholders, and craft market-ready solutions. You will work with an international team to evolve data and AI services that support business goals. This is an opportunity to shape the future of Data u0026amp; AI within a leading insurance brand.

Compensaciones / Ventajas
• Own the end-to-end engagement lifecycle: discovery, scoping, proposals, SOW/contracting, kickoff, delivery governance and outcomes
• Drive go-to-market strategy: target segments, refine propositions, build pipeline
• Own concrete products/services and steer their evolution
• Lead stakeholder management: build executive trust, align goals and KPIs, navigate complex organizations to secure decisions
• Translate requirements into delivery plans: define scope, approach, resourcing, timeline, measurable success criteria; write airtight SOWs
• Run cadence, track KPIs/financials, manage risks and dependencies, remove blockers,



ensure margin and customer satisfaction
• Identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities, lead renewals and provide thought leadership to position as strategic partner

Responsabilidades
• 8-10 years in client-facing consulting/delivery roles
• 4+ years in engagement/account management for enterprise customers
• Go-to-market experience: market segmentation, proposition design, pipeline building, deal shaping, competitive positioning
• Expert in scoping and SOW drafting; strong commercial acumen (pricing, margin, basic Pu0026L)
• Exceptional executive communication, stakeholder xqbhyrx management and negotiation; hands-on with technical teams
• Cross-functional leadership across product, engineering, data, legal, finance; fluent in Agile/Lean
• Experience in data, ML, GenAI, AgenticAI; insurance domain knowledge preferred
• Excellent English; additional languages a plus
• Interest in IT and Generative AI (GenAI) considered valuable assets
