In this role, you will learn and assist in different tasks: /p ul liReview and correct contract data in the ERP-Ariba system to ensure completeness and accuracy. /li liValidate contract modifications during approval workflows /li liCoordinate with departments to resolve errors or missing information. /li liFinalize contract approval by reviewing drafts, guiding corrections, identifying authorized signatories, and issuing confirmation sheets. /li liArchive signed contracts and related documents; maintain and update the contract ledger, submitting monthly updates to CTGI. /li liProvide guidance to departments on ERP-Ariba usage to ensure proper approval processes. /li liOrganize and archive historical contracts, assign contract numbers, and maintain corresponding records. /li liAudit Support /li liReporting /li liBachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration,
