The Accounting Manager leads a team of accountants and oversees accounting and financial reporting activities within the organization. This position is responsible for ensuring the accuracy and completeness of financial results, managing the month-end close process, reviewing balance sheet reconciliations, supporting audit requirements, maintaining internal controls, and partnering with operations and leadership to drive effective financial management and continuous process improvement. /ph3Responsibilities /h3ulliLead, develop, and supervise a team of accounting professionals, providing coaching, guidance, and performance management. /liliOversee the month end, quarter end, and year end close processes to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting. /liliReview and approve journal entries, account reconciliations, and supporting schedules. /liliEnsure the accuracy, completeness, and integrity of financial information and reporting.
