ppThe Health Safety and Environment Coordinator is responsible to support the EPC HSE Global Manager for promoting and ensuring the health and safety of Renvolt workers and subcontractors in Spain Portugal sites, the compliance with the environmental requirements and the continuous improvement processes to satisfy stakeholders and ensuring legal compliance. /p h3Main responsibilities /h3 ul liAbility to plan and organize teams and activities /li liAccountable for the planning and control of HSE activities related to EPC portfolio. /li liAbility to prepare and update HSE statistical tracking and trending data. /li liControl and monitoring of HSE in EPC sites /li liSupervise the management of records and other documentation related to HSE audits, inspections, reports, certifications, permits, etc; /li liPeriodic safety inspections in the field /li liManagement and investigation of accidents and incidents (reporting to EPC HSE Integral Manager) /li liCoordination with HSES Management the External Prevention Service and Mutual Accident Insurance Company /li liElaboration, revision and modification of work procedures and instructions /li liPromote prevention and awareness of subcontractors, and Voltalia EPC team related to the site’s activities /li liOther administrative tasks related to the position /li liAbility to prepare and update HSE statistical tracking and trending data /li liBe aware of all relevant HSE laws, codes of practice and standards for the area.Gives assistance to the EPC HSE Global /li liManager with clients’ HSE requirements and assists in compliance.Assists in implementing and maintaining the IMS (Integrated Management System: Iso 14001 Iso 9001 and Iso 45001)



/li liAssists with developing HSE Plans that comply with Company policies and procedures as well as local client requirements in case of EPC to third parties, Environmental Plans and Emergency Plans /li liAssists with the development and implementation of appropriate location emergency response systems /li liResponsible for providing EPC HSE Global Manager with feedback on HSE performance /li liConducts HSE presentations and training to employees as required /li liConduct HSE audits and inspections to EPC sites /li liAssists work site personnel and line management in the development of work site HSE promotions and campaigns /li liParticipating in the meetings with the Projects HSE Team /li liSupport to define the HSE materials (PPE's) for the activities according to risk assessment /li liSupport the implementation in the local organization of the HSE Policies, Procedures and HSE documentary organization defined by Voltalia Group /li liEnsure the local Health Safety and Environment legal compliance /li liMonitoring of rules and other national and international applicable normative documents /li liParticipation in the Risk Assessment analysis for all the activities, development of HSE Plans Preventive Instructions, Method Statements, Checklists and other specific local HSE documentation /li liMonitoring the implementation of training of workers and subcontractors of Renvolt in the HSE Plans, Emergency Plans, Procedures, Inductions, Toolbox Tools,



Emergency Drills and Awareness actions /li liConducting HSE monitoring of the site, safety inspections and audits for Health, Safety Environment matters in all Renvolt Spain Portugal construction sites /li liReporting Health, Safety Environment KPI´s in a monthly basis /li liReporting immediately any incident, developing further required investigations (if needed) /li liRenvolt representation towards official agencies in case of accident (environmental or safety) /li liParticipation in HSE meetings, internal and external with Subcontractors, Suppliers and Clients (if needed) /li liSearch for continuous improvement through audits and monitoring of internal processes, ensuring the implementation and effectiveness of the action plans (corrective and preventive actions) /li /ul h3REQUIREMENTS /h3 ul liUniversity degree in related areas like Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Civil, Industrial) /li liMaster's degree in health and safety (occupational safety is a must) all 3 specialties will be a plus. Health and Safety Coordinator title (Art. 8 9, RD 1627/1997) will be a plus /li liMinimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience in the field of EHS on construction or industrial environment (self-consumption photovoltaic systems). /li liKnowledge of implementation and control of HSE systems in sites under RD 1627/1997 regulations /li liKnowledge of Environmental control systems will be a plus /li liPossessing knowledge of ISO 45001, OSHAS 18001 and IS0 14001 will be a plus /li liProficient use of Microsoft Office /li liHave knowledge of safety at work legislation.
