They also help troubleshoot and quickly repair any facility problems when they arise. Cleaning and supplying designated building areas (dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning ceiling vents, restroom cleaning). /p h3Duties and Responsibilities /h3 pThe essential job functions include, but are not limited to: /p ul liEnsure that all maintenance repair service requests are scheduled and completed in an accurate and timely manner. /li liMaintain and repair the following: /li liLighting systems throughout the stores, clean fixtures, and replace bulbs and lamps. /li liMaintain and service a variety of test equipment and hand and power tools; keeps small inventory of frequently used supplies and hardware. /li liMonitor and coordinate control panels and thermostats of all systems to maintain standard working temperature. /li liPerform periodic quality checks on all equipment and systems to ensure they are up to standards. /li liCleaning, inspecting, and repairing broken machines or defective equipment. /li liEnsuring compliance with safety standards and regulations. /li liAssisting other departments when needed to ensure optimum service to guests. /li liKeep refrigerators and freezers organized and stocked with fresh items.
