ppAt Factorial we’re looking for a new bProcurement Associate /b to support and scale our bFinance /b team. In this role, you will help optimize procurement processes and manage supplier relationships across the company. You will coordinate purchasing activities, negotiate with suppliers, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient procurement operations. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liCoordinate purchasing requests for Marketing and HR, ensuring timely and efficient procurement. /li liCreate and manage Purchase Orders in Oracle NetSuite, maintaining accurate documentation and compliance. /li liBuild and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, supporting negotiations on pricing and commercial terms. /li liPartner with Marketing, HR, Finance, and Accounting to align budgets, validate invoices, and ensure on‑time deliveries. /li liAnalyze purchasing data to identify cost‑saving opportunities and improve procurement processes. /li liEnsure compliance with procurement policies and support contract and supplier documentation management. /li liContribute to the continuous improvement of procurement workflows and operational efficiency. /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liExperience or strong interest in Procurement,
