The company has over 35 years of experience and operates in more than 120 markets across six continents. This role is a Payments Operations Support position in the Payments Support team. The primary responsibility is to support our international clients with all queries related to funding and charges while maintaining high levels of service delivery, quality control, and compliance. /ph3Responsibilities /h3ulliProvide excellent customer service by responding quickly to queries with accurate information regarding transaction statuses, reprocessing requests, and report generations in line with established SLAs. /liliRun all aspects of customer and financial support across various IT platforms, internal departments, and external partners/merchants. /liliResolve issues and queries by interacting and communicating with colleagues and departments. /liliAdapt to a fast-moving environment in a proactive and team-focused manner. /liliPerform any other duties that may be required. /liliSupport inbound and outbound calls. /liliWork 24/7 on a shift basis based on business needs.



/li /ulh3Qualifications and Preferred Skills /h3ulliProficient spoken and written English. /liliB2 Level of German (French is a plus). /liliExperience in a similar customer support or administrative role. /liliExcellent communication skills. /liliPrevious experience in Financial Services or Payments operations is advantageous. /liliGood analytical and numerical skills, detail oriented. /liliModerate-level Microsoft Excel proficiency. /liliAbility to be flexible within a fast-growing global company. /liliDisplays initiative and a common-sense approach. /liliModest, warm, and enthusiastic attitude toward customer care. /li /ulh3Benefits and Working Conditions /h3pPlanet offers a hybrid work model with three days a week in the office.
