ppWe are looking for an IT Data Systems Technician to support our manufacturing operations in Trujillo, Spain. This role is focused on ensuring high uptime for industrial IT equipment, providing proactive service desk support, and implementing security standards. You will work closely with a general IT team and local engineers to maintain a secure, automated, and highly efficient manufacturing environment. /ph3Responsibilities /h3ulliMonitor and maintain IT and infrastructure devices to ensure maximum system uptime. /liliProvide comprehensive service desk support and collaborate with users for technology rollouts. /liliExecute vulnerability remediation and manage a subset of software security tools. /liliDevelop and organize technical documentation for system procedures and workflows. /liliAssist in sourcing and configuring hardware and software components from vendors. /li /ulh3Qualifications /h3ulliAssociate’s degree in IT or 3+ years of experience in enterprise systems and networking, with advanced knowledge of ITSM tools and procedures. /liliStrong proficiency in Microsoft Windows 10/11 and Windows Server administration.
