Compensation, Benefits Total Rewards /h3 ul liLead the development, review, and implementation of Compensation Benefits programs across multiple geographies. /li liContribute to the design and governance of salary structures, grading frameworks, incentive schemes, and reward policies. /li liManage compensation benchmarking and salary market analysis to ensure external competitiveness and internal equity. /li liSupport annual compensation review cycles, including salary reviews, bonus proposals, and promotion-related compensation decisions. /li liParticipate in the design, documentation, and implementation of: /li liFixed compensation structures /li liVariable compensation plans /li liExecutive compensation frameworks /li liCoordinate benefits programs and work with external providers to ensure competitive and efficient benefit offerings. /li liProvide analysis and recommendations on compensation trends, reward practices, and employee value proposition initiatives. /li /ul h32. Performance Management Organizational Effectiveness /h3 ul liSupport the implementation and continuous improvement of performance management processes. /li liEnsure alignment between individual performance, career development, and reward strategies. /li liSupport the definition of KPIs and performance evaluation frameworks. /li liParticipate in organizational design, workforce planning, and strategic HR initiatives. /li liGenerate HR metrics and insights to support decision-making. /li /ul h33. Senior Talent Acquisition Executive Search /h3 ul liLead selected recruitment processes for senior, strategic, and hard-to-fill positions across Europe and the US. /li liDefine sourcing strategies and conduct market mapping exercises for key business-critical roles.
/li liBuild and maintain pipelines of highly specialized talent. /li liPartner with hiring managers to identify and attract high-quality candidates. /li liConduct interviews and candidate assessments to evaluate technical and leadership capabilities. /li liMonitor compensation trends, talent market dynamics, and competitor practices. /li liProvide data-driven insights on hiring trends, salary positioning, and workforce challenges. /li liSupport reporting and HR analytics initiatives related to compensation, talent acquisition, and organizational effectiveness. /li /ul h3Target Experience /h3 ul liDegree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Law, Economics, or related field. /li li7-10+ years of HR experience, with significant exposure to Compensation Benefits / Total Rewards. /li liProven experience designing or managing compensation structures, salary reviews, bonus schemes, and reward policies. /li liStrong knowledge of compensation benchmarking and market analysis. /li liExperience with STIP, LTIP, executive compensation, and international reward frameworks. /li liExperience managing benefits programs and working with external providers. /li liPrevious experience in Talent Acquisition, Executive Search, or strategic recruitment. /li liInternational experience across Europe and/or the US. /li liExperience in Data Center, Energy, Infrastructure, Engineering, or similar sectors is highly valued. /li liStrong analytical skills and ability to work with HR data and reporting. /li /ul h3We Offer: /h3 ul liPermanent contract. /li liSalary according to the candidate’s profile. /li liBe part of a leading and continuously growing group in the energy, data and infrastructures sectors /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
