ppResponsibility for the preparation of company’s offers in the upcoming offshore wind auctions that the company will be involved (bid preparation and strategy) /p h3MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES /h3 pBID PREPARATION AND COORDINATION – support the team in understanding of bid rules and ensure timely delivery of the bid in compliance with them. Support bid writing if needed and ensure overall consistency of the bid. Support team in coordinating bid preparation in close cooperation with local business units and other company departments /p pDTF MODELLING – participate in the development and up-to-date maintenance of the DTF (Data Transfer File) which gathers all different inputs (DEVEX, CAPEX, OPEX, Wind yield, PROGRAMME, etc.) and feeds into the Investment Analysis Model /p pINTERNAL PROCEDURES CREATION - support the team in the creation of the necessary area procedures to standardize and make the processes more efficient and robust /p pINTERNAL KNOW-HOW – propose and develop internal management tools to assure the company keeps all the knowledge generated throughout the different auctions.
/p pINTERNAL APPROVAL PROCESS – participate in the gathering and preparation of the necessary information materials for company’s internal approval processes prior to bid. /p h3ACADEMIC BACKGROUND /h3 pDegree in Engineering, Business Administration or Economics /p h3PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE /h3 ulliAt least 3-5 years in in an industrial company in departments linked to projects optimization and execution or experience in strategy consulting in similar roles /li liExperience in Offshore wind a plus /li /ul h3KNOWLEDGE /h3 pAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint); Power BI knowledge is a plus. /p pFamiliarity with the renewable energy / wind sector is a plus. /p pExposure to financial modelling within infrastructure projects is a plus. /p h3SKILLS /h3 ulliStrong analytical skills, well-rounded modelling capabilities. /li liExcellent interpersonal skills, capacity to provide continuous constructive challenge to others. /li liProven capacity to deliver high-quality results under tight deadlines /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
