We have an exciting new opportunity for a Business Transformation Project Manager, based in our Madrid office in the Torre de Cristal. The Business Transformation Project Manager is responsible for leading business transformation, operational excellence, technology-enabled process improvements, and strategic projects across Southern Europe. The role combines technical expertise and strong operational and business insight to bridge the gap between Operations, Technology, Data, and Business Partners. This position plays a key role in the implementation of the Southern Europe Target Operating Model (TOM), ensuring scalable processes, data-driven decision making, system integration, and alignment with European critical initiatives. The role is expected to contribute both from a functional and technical perspective, including data analysis, systems design, automation, and technology governance. /ph3What you’ll be doing: /h3ulliLeading business transformation and process excellence initiatives across Southern Europe, identifying operational improvements, automation opportunities and scalable ways of working. /liliCoordinating strategic projects across Operations, IT, Finance, Underwriting, Claims and Data teams, ensuring clear governance, reporting and interested party alignment. /liliDeveloping critical metric frameworks, dashboards and management information to support data-driven decision making, operational performance and executive reporting. /liliTranslating business requirements into detailed and IT-related specifications, supporting system integration, automation, testing and implementation activities. /liliApplying knowledge of data, SQL, Power BI, Excel, Microsoft 365 and Power Platform to support reporting, process improvement and digital productivity initiatives. /liliPreparing executive presentations,



decision papers and project updates to support governance and decision making. /liliCoordinating cross-functional initiatives, aligning collaborators, priorities, resources and delivery plans. /liliAssessing project proposals, business cases, dependencies, risks and issues, recommending corrective actions where needed. /liliMonitoring progress, budget, resourcing, third-party contributions and overall delivery performance. /liliMaintaining project governance, change control and lessons learned, ensuring smooth transition to business as usual and benefits tracking. /liliWorking with IT partners to ensure solutions meet technical standards and are successfully implemented. /li /ulh3Our must-haves: /h3ulli5-10 years of experience in Business Analysis, Project Management, Technology or Transformation functions. /liliExperience in insurance, financial services or regulated industries. /liliStrong analytical and communication skills with a proven capability to simplify complexity. /liliProven experience of working in complex environments and driving business outcomes. /liliExposure to data migration, cloud transformation and enterprise integration projects. /liliExperience leading international and cross-country initiatives. /liliStrong analytical approach,critical thinkingg and practical problem-solving skills. /liliHigh standards of quality, ownership and delivery excellence. /liliCustomer-focused approach, with the ability to understand needs and propose effective solutions. /liliCollaborative style, helping others succeed and building strong stakeholder relationships. /liliClear communication and presentation skills, with confidence engaging senior and cross-functional collaborators.
