The role holder will be responsible for the preparation and timely delivery of Net Asset Values (NAVs), the preparation of financial statements, reporting and fund accounting. The role holder may be responsible for a team and work closely with internal teams and clients to support fund operations, reporting, and compliance. /p h3Primary Duties and Responsibilities /h3 h3Fund Administration and Service Delivery /h3 ul liEnsure optimal funds’ business set-ups. /li liEnsure KYC process on investors’ applications is in line with local regulation and Amicorp Group standards. /li liEnsure proper documentation at each stage of process cycle in accordance with the requirements of the PPM/ Offering documents and compliance with internal Amicorp Group procedures and regulatory requirements. /li liService fund clients to ensure timely and excellent delivery of services as agreed with each fund. /li liResponsible for accurate and timely issuance of funds’ NAVs in line with prospectus, laws and regulations. /li liUltimately responsible for all aspects of fund accounting which include creation of security masters, trade processing, pricing, valuation, recording corporate actions, calculation of interest/dividend accruals, cash/position/dividend/coupon reconciliations, periodic accruals, calculation of management/performance fees, equalization etc. /li liPrepare Regulatory and Financial reporting on SICAVs/Funds and investors, including responding to queries, as applicable. /li liProcess Investor transactions of funds (Subscriptions, Redemptions, Transfers and Switches). /li liDistribution of investor statements (Contract notes, NAV statements, documents, etc.). /li liTransaction monitoring and initiating investor payments and internal transfers for funds. /li liPreparation of financial statements, Preparation of PBC items and liaison with Auditors.



/li liPro-actively monitor regulatory changes having an effect on the funds and/or underlying investors. /li liVery good accounting knowledge, hands‑on experience with various accounting principles (IFRS, US GAAP). A full understanding of and expertise on both UCITS and Alternative Investment funds and in particular private equity and real estate funds. /li /ul h3Client Support /h3 ul liServe as a point of contact for fund clients and local offices, addressing inquiries, providing assistance with fund‑related matters, and resolving issues promptly. /li liAssist clients with onboarding processes, including the setup of fund accounts and documentation requirements. /li liPrepare and distribute client reports, statements, and performance summaries as needed. /li liMonitor service delivery against client expectations and service level agreements (SLAs). /li liImplement best practices and quality control measures to enhance the overall client experience. /li /ul h3Time Recording and Team Management /h3 ul liLead by example by accurately recording chargeable time and value of service using Maconomy, ensure effective monitoring of transactions, handle pricing, invoicing and collection of outstanding fees for the portfolio of clients. /li liMonitor teams’ productivity and chargeability/billing on a weekly basis. Solve payment problems, as well as collection of outstanding invoices. /li liMonitor all accounting and fund activities to ensure quality and timeliness. /li liProcess Improvement – Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy in fund administration tasks. /li liCollaborate with colleagues to implement best practices and streamline workflows.



/li liStay updated on industry trends and technological advancements in fund administration. /li /ul h3Other Duties /h3 ul liUndertake the role of director, trustee, nominee, manager, partner, secretary, authorized signatory or any related position in internal entities or client entities of Amicorp Group, where necessary and required by the Management. /li liUndertake such other duties, related to the position, as may from time to time be agreed with Management. /li /ul h3Qualifications, Skills, and Experience /h3 ul liRelevant Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Economics or Business Administration. /li liAt least 10 years’ experience in Fund Administration with good knowledge of the fund services industry. /li liVery good accounting knowledge, hands‑on experience with various accounting principles (IFRS, US GAAP). A full understanding of and expertise in Alternative Investment funds and, in particular, private equity and real estate funds. /li liHands‑on experience in the field of Fund Accounting, Investor Services (Registrar and Transfer Agent services), Fund Structuring and/or Fund Directorships. Good understanding of local market Fund regulations. Knowledge of PFX Paxus preferred. /li liExcellent organizational, interpersonal and communication skills. /li liExcellent client facing skills. Well‑developed spoken and written communication skills and the ability to tailor style to relevant audiences, and successfully liaise with people at different levels. Excellent English language fluency; additional languages preferred. /li liStrong analytical and problem‑solving skills, solution driven, highly organized and detail‑orientated with good decision-making and time‑management skills.
